Refugee families from Central African Republic lived more than two years in emergency shelters.
Now UNHCR offer a cash grant to those families who are willing to build their transitional shelter on their own, like Sophie and her children. Mole camp, South Ubangi province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. ;
